Increased Visa card withdrawal limit

The maximum daily withdrawal limit using the Visa card can be increased up to 2,000 EUR (up to now the limit was 600 EUR). If you need to change your card withdrawal limit, please contact our Client Support.

Crediting fees

There is no fee for topping up your Paysera account unless the incoming payment is made via the TARGET2 system. In this case, a crediting fee applies: for amounts up to 9,999.99 EUR, the fee is 3.00 EUR, for 10,000 EUR or more, the fee is 4.00 EUR (up to now the fee for crediting all these transfers was 3.00 EUR).

Holding funds in a Paysera account for clients in Kosovo

The fee for holding funds will no longer apply to private clients in Albania and Kosovo (until now, clients of these and other countries holding more than 10,000 EUR were subject to an annual commission fee of 0.5%).

International transfers in EUR

International transfers in euro are euro transfers to banks which are not connected to the SEPA system, including banks outside the EEA.

If your international transfer in euro is rejected, most probably the recipient bank is not included in the list of TARGET2 participants. Please contact the client service center indicating your transfer information, and we will try to execute your transfer.
