Fees for payment collection with payment cards

# The final commission fee comprises of the card commission fee and a commission fee of the Paysera project category.

Commission fee for collection of payments with a payment card 
Reservation of each payment: 100% - 3 days, 5% - 3 months. Other terms and percentage of payment reservation are also possible (depends on the project type).		 1,10 % (for cards issued in the EU) and 2,30 % (for cards issued outside of the EU) from a payment
Fee for refund of money at a request of the client 0,00 EUR, if the refund is performed till 12 AM of the same day
0,50 EUR, if the refund is performed after 12 AM
Chargeback processing 30,00 EUR

Paysera project category

Prices are categorized, as some shops require closer supervision and may need additional effort in reducing the risk to our reputation and additional legal expenses in case of possible disputes. The prices for all categories are automatically reduced when a project reaches higher turnouts, not only due to the number of operations, but also because the client becomes more familiar to us, earns a better reputation and poses less risk.  

Websites trading goods that can be delivered physically: clothing, shoes, perfume, household appliances, jewelry and other goods (except for goods assigned to the III category). Travel agencies, insurance companies and websites of social charity organizations recognized globally or nationally may also be assigned to this category (UNICEF, Red Cross, etc.).
