Fees for additional services related to transfers
Most Paysera services are provided to clients at cost price. Usually, this includes only fees charged by our partners, but sometimes service provision also requires a lot of human resources and has to be charged additionally.

* In case of transfer cancellation: the refund terms depend on chargeback confirmation by the recipient. Chargeback processing might take up to one month (for SEPA transfers – up to 10 days). Not the whole amount may be returned as the recipient's bank and correspondent banks may charge fees. A chargeback fee applies in all cases.
