Deputy CEO

As Deputy CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by supporting the CEO in overall leadership and strategic decision-making. You will oversee key functional areas (Legal, Data protection, Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Accounting, Risk and Compliance), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies. This role is a leadership position and the candidate is expected to exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking. The Deputy CEO at Paysera will be a Key Player in driving the company's success and will be instrumental in shaping its future.

What you will do:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the aforementioned departments;

Collaborate with executives to set and drive organisational vision and operational strategy;

Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across various departments;

Mentor and guide department heads, fostering a positive work environment;

Contribute to other departments and projects as needed, utilising your expertise to drive Paysera's success;

Ensure alignment with Paysera's values, mission, and strategic goals.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Proven experience in a leadership position, ideally as a Director, Deputy CEO, VP, or similar;

Strong understanding of the fintech industry landscape and market dynamics;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Exceptional strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business strategy and risk management;

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
