Technical Client Support Specialist
What you will do:
consulting clients on issues related to service installation and integration;
extracting information from databases if additional information is required;
applying solutions and coordinating incident resolution through the rest of the organisation.
What we expect:
general knowledge of any programming language;
general knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, drupal, etc.);
ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations;
strong knowledge of English.
We would consider an advantage:
experience with e-commerce systems (PrestaShop, OpenCart, etc.) and payment systems;
Russian language skills.
