What you will do:
maintaining communication with recruitment agencies/partners when needed;
administrating the candidate database and related documentation, maintaining reports and trackers;
coordinating non-IT onboarding and offboarding processes;
assisting in organising company events for employees;
developing and maintaining close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;
assisting the HR team with other project support as required.
