HR Coordinator

What you will do:

coordinating the non-IT recruitment process in Lithuania and abroad including candidate sourcing and attraction, preparation of job ads, setting and conducting interviews;

maintaining communication with recruitment agencies/partners when needed;

administrating the candidate database and related documentation, maintaining reports and trackers;

coordinating non-IT onboarding and offboarding processes;

assisting in organising company events for employees;

developing and maintaining close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;

assisting the HR team with other project support as required.

What we expect:

experience in HR functions and a good understanding of talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding;

people-oriented, a can-do and result-driven approach;

ability to build and effectively manage relationships;

strong interpersonal and organisational  skills, open-minded critical and creative thinker, eager to learn, and a great team player;

fluency in English, both verbal and written, Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage.
