International Client Support Team Leader

What you will do:

Ensure professional, quality and effective execution of daily work of the Client Support team;

Oversee that employees follow established Paysera Client Support rules and procedures;

Ensure that employees provide reliable and quick support to client queries;

Support the team on various work related questions;

Contribute to the team managing activities like selecting new team members, providing or organizing training, leading team meetings, planning and coordinating work schedules, informing employees on any relevant updates, etc.;

Contribute to optimization & continuous improvement of Client Support procedures and processes

What we expect:

At least 2 years of experience working in Client Support field in the dynamic fintech environment;

At least 1 year of experience working as a Team Lead;

Excellent knowledge of English, French, and Arabic languages;

Higher education (in finance, banking, or similar would be considered an advantage);

Time management and organisational skills;

Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;

The capability of challenging people and providing constructive criticism;

Proactivity and a drive to achieve improvements and efficiency
