Head of HR

We are seeking an inspirational HR leader to provide strategic direction and guidance across key areas such as talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, motivation and rewards, people analytics, and systems. As Head of HR, you will lead a global team of 11 skilled HR professionals across Lithuania, Bulgaria, and the Philippines to deliver progressive HR solutions that align with the company's plans and goals within a fast-paced industry. We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

What you will do:

Develop and execute the HR strategy across Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, and Rewards and Recognition;

Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to global HR team;

Build team capabilities through knowledge sharing, collaboration, professional development initiatives, and conveying industry best practices;

Ensure the HR function serves as a trusted advisor upholding high professional standards;

Champion a culture of excellence within HR to empower and inspire engagement;

Foster an inclusive, positive culture and employee experience through effective policies, communication, and leadership;

Analyze trends and metrics to enhance organizational effectiveness and satisfaction;

Address employee concerns and ensure effective communication across the organization;

Lead impactful initiatives improving organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
