Head of HR

Develop and execute the HR strategy across Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, and Rewards and Recognition;

Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to global HR team;

Build team capabilities through knowledge sharing, collaboration, professional development initiatives, and conveying industry best practices;

Ensure the HR function serves as a trusted advisor upholding high professional standards;

Champion a culture of excellence within HR to empower and inspire engagement;

Foster an inclusive, positive culture and employee experience through effective policies, communication, and leadership;

Analyze trends and metrics to enhance organizational effectiveness and satisfaction;

Address employee concerns and ensure effective communication across the organization;

Lead impactful initiatives improving organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Experience hiring & leading teams;

An empathetic and effective leadership style;

Excellent knowledge of HR practices;

Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including talent attraction, reward and recognition, welfare, and learning and development;

Great negotiation and interpersonal skills;

The ability to analyse and review HR data to identify trends;

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, a highly collaborative attitude;

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
