
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;

2+ years of experience in business analysis in the IT industry with accounting background (important);

Basic knowledge of the requirements gathering/management process and software development process as a whole;

Experience in creating documentation using different approaches both classical through SRS and Agile through epics and user stories;

Experience and ability to work in an Agile team environment would be a plus;

Experience working with a distributed team would be a plus;

Basic knowledge of Internet technologies, software design, databases and SQL, APIs and technical debt;

Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence;

Excellent Lithuanian and English knowledge and communication skills;

Experience in E-commerce, E-shop, FinTech domains would be a plus.
