AML Team Leader

What you will do:

Lead, motivate and ensure team engagement in their daily work as well as provide support in continuous development of the team members;

Distribute workload for the team while ensuring collaborative environment based on trust and open communication;

Ensure professional, quality and effective execution of daily work of the team;

Contribute to optimization & continuous improvement of AML processes;

Successfully guide team through various changes while implementing new and optimising/improving existing processes;

What we expect:

1+ year of experience in leadership and team management, preferably in a dynamic & fast paced environment;

Previous work experience in KYC/AML field would be a plus;

Time management and organisational skills;

Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;

Proactiveness to take initiative in implementing, optimising, and improving AML processes;

Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages;

Knowledge of Agile principles or work experience in Agile environment would be a plus;
