In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients around the world. They will turn to you seeking valuable advice and assistance, and your daily work will significantly contribute to client satisfaction with our services and a positive reputation in the market. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
This position includes rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working weekend per month.
Your key responsibilities:
- To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels;
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues;
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM softwares;
- Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications;
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Turkish and Azerbaijani, proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role;
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
