Product Owner/Business Analyst
What you will do:
support requirement validation, prepare information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
define the goals and scope for the products supported by your team in the process of the maintenance and development of new features;
collect and create documentation and manuals for existing or new products/services;
plan and prioritise the dedicated features backlog to ensure that your team always has an adequate number of prepared stories or tasks;
lead product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionality;
define the product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitors;
uncover areas for the improvement of existing products.
What we expect:
solid knowledge of the requirement gathering/management process and software development process as a whole;
experience and ability to work in an Agile team environment;
experience working with a distributed team;
ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirement updates;
basic knowledge of internet technologies, software design, databases, and SQL, APIs, and technical debt;
competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence;
excellent English knowledge and communication skills;
experience in e-commerce, e-shops, FinTech domains (would be a plus).
