What you will do:
prepare documents for licensing the institution’s activity and their submission to the supervisory authority;
monitor the changes in legislation relevant to company activity, report them to the management, organise the implementation of the required changes;
create and change procedures and other internal documents;
conclude and verify different partnership agreements;
conclude, change, and consult on payment service agreements;
prepare company claims, actions, statements, requests, responses, and other procedural documents or letters;
represent the company in court and other institutions;
solve ad hoc tasks.
What we expect:
at least 3 years relevant experience in law (experience in the field of financial service provision would be an advantage);
excellent Lithuanian and English skills;
analytical thinking, self-reliance, initiative, responsibility.
