Junior Client Support Specialist with English and Turkish languages

What you will do:

Client support by phone, email, and real-time messaging;

Client consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;

Video verification of clients in the system.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);

Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish; 

Experience in client service (an advantage);

Knowledge of other foreign languages (an advantage).

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
