At Paysera, we’re looking for our first HR Business Partner – someone who will build strong partnerships with team leads, proactively introduce people frameworks, and act as a driver of change, not just an observer. If you're someone who thrives on ownership and impact, this is your place.

  • Introduce and implement core HR frameworks (performance, feedback, engagement, etc.) that support scalable growth

  • Interpret pulse survey results and HR data to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement

  • Proactively suggest and implement initiatives that support engagement, retention, and team health

  • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and Lithuanian labor law

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, including 1–2 years in a generalist or business partner role

  • Ability to hit the ground running – action-oriented, hands-on, and accountable

  • Experience implementing HR structures, processes, or guidelines from scratch

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills – both with individual contributors and managers

  • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and its practical application

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
