We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts for IT-related roles within the organization while supporting overall HR functions. This position is critical for ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the BPO, finance, or fintech industries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Act as the main contact for HR vendors, ensuring service quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
- Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and team-building activities.
- Track recruitment metrics, manage ATS records, and generate reports on hiring trends.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR or IT recruitment experience, preferably in fintech or BPO.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, hiring trends, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in ATS, HR software, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow optimization.
