Having trouble with your Visa payment card delivery?

The delivery timeline for your card depends on the delivery method you selected and the period since it was dispatched. There are a few possible solutions to resolve the disturbances of your Visa card delivery.

If you chose a non-registered delivery

This means that the delivery date is just an estimate, and regrettably, we can't provide a tracking number to trace your card's whereabouts.

We'd advise a little more patience; your card might be closer than you think. However, if it feels like an unreasonable wait, checking with your local post office for more details might be a good idea.

You can cancel your card and order a new one

If your Visa payment card is taking too long to arrive and the delivery services can’t figure it out, another option is to cancel your card and order a new one, by following a few simple steps:

Log into your account > Accounts and Cards > Payment Cards > Cancel/Reorder.

Please note that a new delivery fee will apply. .

If your Visa payment card is returned to the Paysera office

Paysera does not directly handle deliveries and while we’d love to offer more assistance, some things are beyond our control. However, should your payment card end up at our office, we're more than happy to resend it to you.

Before we do, however, chances are that your card was returned due to an incorrect address, so please double-check the details you provide and remember that only you can receive this shipment.

When you’re ready, just send your details to our client support. We’ll need to following information from your full address, including:

  • Your country and city;
  • Your street, building number, apartment number, and postal code;
  • Your phone number and email.

As soon as we receive the needed details, we'll send out your card through available delivery options that you can easily track. Please keep in mind there is a delivery fee for this service. So, kindly make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover this cost.
