Join our team as a People Operations Partner, where you'll play a key role in managing daily HR activities, from onboarding and employee records to compliance with labor laws. You'll drive efficiency by optimizing HR processes, supporting payroll, and guiding managers on policies. Collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance HR systems and improve the employee experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR system maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Handle global HR-related documents, including employment agreements, employment changes, bonus agreements, terminations, etc.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization;
  • Supporting and guiding Managers and Employees on policies, procedures and employee relations queries;
  • Implement and manage company’s benefits;
  • Act as a super user and strong ambassador of our HRIS, managing all employee data;
  • Manage and analyze HR data using company metrics;
  • Generate various reports and ensure HR databases reflect current employee conditions and details accurately;
  • Develop people related solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action;
  • Contribute to payroll activities;
  • Offer day-to-day advice and support to HR colleagues and employees regarding HR processes, benefits and company policies;
  • Ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor laws and regulations, and support the implementation of global HR policies and practices;
  • Work closely with Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operational support, including payroll processes, absences, and agreements;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes to ensure employees are able to effectively self-serve;
  • Improve department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as neededed.

What we're looking for: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in HR operations, with a broad and in-depth understanding of the full HR, good knowledge of Lithuania‘s labour law;
  • Experience with HR systems;
  • Strong analytical skills with practical use of Excel;
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks;
  • Proven experience in supporting and consulting on HR operational activities and procedures globally;
  • A data and detail-driven approach;
  • Being adaptable to change and working in an evolving business context;
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 2300 to 2800 EUR gross.
