In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from Lithuania and abroad. They will turn to you seeking valuable advice and assistance, and your daily work will significantly contribute to client satisfaction with our services and a positive reputation in the market. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Your key responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone and email;
- Reviewing e-commerce project applications and activating the necessary services;
- Verifying the identity of new clients and registering them in the system;
- Providing advice on e-commerce and financial service;
- Advising both new and existing clients on all questions related to Paysera services via phone and email;
- Quickly responding to and resolving issues;
- Ensuring smooth administration of loans;
- Performing other client service tasks as needed;
- Using tools like ChatGPT in your daily work to boost efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent computer skills and fast typing – essential for clear and efficient client communication;
- Strong communication skills – to effectively interact with clients and address their needs;
- Attention to detail – to ensure accurate data entry and smooth processes;
- Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English;
- Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT – and a proven ability to integrate them into daily work to boost efficiency and performance.
