We are searching for a talented Client Experience Management Specialist who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will directly engage with business clients, listen attentively to their needs, and provide helpful solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently handle customer inquiries by phone and email prioritizing quality of service;
  • Actively promote and sell company products;
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and long-term loyalty;
  • Guarantee clients are well-informed about the company's products and services, providing clear, accurate, and timely information;
  • Closely cooperate with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure high quality and efficiency of customer service;
  • Expected to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service/sales (experience in finance preferred);
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • Great negotiation and interpersonal skills, attention to details;
  • Respectful internal and external communication;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
  • Familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
