We're searching for a Junior IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and equipment onsite, in our office in Vilnius. This role involves guiding end-users, managing IT assets, and providing access. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Windows OS, MacOS, Linux basics and basic Networking knowledge. Analytical, problem-solving skills, and good English language skills are essential. Additionally, we are looking for individuals committed to self-improvement and unafraid to use innovative AI tools in their daily work to foster progress.

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, and basic Linux OS;

• Basic knowledge of Networking;

• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;

• Good English language skills;

• Can be a final grade student in IT related sphere or has IT related background/experience.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users.

• Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Creating user accounts in our internal systems.

• Collaborate with other members of the IT Operations Department to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the business.

• Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to understand their technology needs and priorities.
