We are seeking a Junior Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist to focus on managing backlogs in natural client questionnaires as part of Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD). In this crucial role, you will help ensure that our KYC processes are efficient and compliant. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate natural client questionnaires to clear backlogs in Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD).
  • Ensure compliance with KYC processes for new and existing clients.
  • Manage and respond to KYC-related client inquiries, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Assist in monitoring and implementing international sanctions and restrictive measures.
  • Provide KYC-related advice and support to other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with partners on country-specific KYC requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the KYC/AML field.
  • Hands-on experience with natural client questionnaires and documentation.
  • Understanding of Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) processes.
  • Strong background in end-to-end Retail Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
  • Higher education in law, economics, or finance.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 Mbps.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
