In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from Lithuania and abroad. They will turn to you seeking valuable advice and assistance, and your daily work will significantly contribute to client satisfaction with our services and a positive reputation in the market. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Your key responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone and email;
- Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;
- Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;
- Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent computer skills and fast typing – it will help you to communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients;
- Proficiency in English and Russian – it will help you to understand the client's enquiry or problem correctly;
- Communication skills – it will help you communicate with the client and respond to their queries;
- Attentiveness and thoroughness – it will ensure that the data provided by the client can be entered into the system without errors;
- Experience in customer service (this would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (this would be an advantage) – it will help you to communicate with clients from different countries;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
