At Paysera, we’re in the midst of evolution — growing, expanding globally, and strengthening how we connect as a company. We’re looking for an Employee Experience and Communications Partner to take the lead in building the internal communications and engagement function almost from scratch. This is not about maintaining the status quo. It’s about crafting clear, effective, and engaging internal communication strategies, creating opportunities for collaboration, and launching initiatives that help shape the kind of company culture we aspire to.
Your key responsibilities:
Establish internal communication frameworks that are clear, timely, and relevant — ensuring employees are informed and aligned.
Create original content — from internal videos and articles to event recaps and cultural updates — that keeps people engaged and in the loop.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, including organizing surveys, analyzing results, and working with stakeholders to turn feedback into action.
Plan and run internal events that inform, align, and celebrate milestones — from company meetings like What’s Up Paysera to team gatherings and company-wide celebrations.
Launch and support global inclusion efforts, helping a diverse, international team connect and collaborate more effectively.
Own team-building and cultural events, including retreats, seasonal celebrations, and our flagship company gatherings.
Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure internal messages are coordinated, consistent, and impactful.
Support employer branding and social initiatives, such as volunteering days and local campaigns that strengthen our presence and identity.
Foster knowledge-sharing across teams by developing accessible formats, tools, and routines that make information flow better.
What we’re looking for:
You have a track record in internal communications or employee engagement, with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.
You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, able to simplify complex topics and make them relatable.
You’re confident organizing events and have a practical, detail-oriented mindset.
You enjoy moderating, presenting, or hosting — both in person and digitally.
You’re collaborative by nature, but also comfortable taking full ownership of projects.
You bring creativity and structure — knowing when to innovate and when to build foundations.
You’re excited by the opportunity to shape something new — creating systems and experiences that didn’t exist before.
