Client identification

Identification is necessary to access all possibilities of Paysera account. All identification methods are free of charge,

Identification at the Paysera branch It is necessary to have your ID card or passport with you.
Client identification by uploading documents to the system Documents necessary for identification (ID card or passport) can be scanned with the Paysera mobile application
Client identification by electronic signature (in Lithuania only) Your identity can be verified using your e-signature instead of an identity document

* When coming to the department, a person should bring the following documents:
For private persons: only international identity card or passport.
For legal entities: international identity card or passport of the head of the entity.
If the company is registered outside the Republic of Lithuania, a person should also have: a company registration document and a document of the appointment of the head of the company (the name of the head of the company should be indicated).
If the company account is being opened by an authorized person and not by the head of the company himself, the person must provide a power of attorney, notarized or signed by electronic signature of the head of the company, and have his own identity card or passport.

***When opening a business account in certain countries, additional charges may be applied for verification of documents.

After the client (user) terminates the General agreement, the balance can be transferred to a bank account opened under the name of the client or paid out in cash at the department of “Paysera LT” UAB at Mėnulio st.7, in Vilnius.
