We are looking for a sanctions and AML professional to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international and national sanctions regulations, assessing related risks, supporting the AML team, and working closely with authorities. If you have strong analytical skills, knowledge of global sanctions frameworks, and experience in compliance, we’d love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Lithuanian and international sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN), updating procedures as needed

• Create and maintain internal sanctions-related policies and procedures

• Assess and manage sanctions risks to minimize potential violations

• Collaborate with authorities (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bank of Lithuania) and provide necessary reporting

• Organize employee training and communicate updates on sanctions requirements

• Investigate high-risk clients for potential sanctions breaches

• Support the AML team with guidance on sanctions compliance and risk management

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of international sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations and practices

• Ability to analyze complex data, identify potential risk factors, and detect signs of violations

• Ability to provide consultation and training to team members and other departments

• Proficiency in using specialized tools for sanctions screening and risk management; basic understanding of IT solutions related to sanctions monitoring

• Excellent written and spoken English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other technologies, and the ability to integrate them into daily tasks

• University degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) would be an advantage

• At least 2 years of experience working with international sanctions, AML/CTF procedures, or related compliance fields
